STEPS ON HOW TO AVAIL A UNIT?

Step 1. Schedule a site viewing or tripping. Free tripping everyday. Just inform us a day before your desired tripping date. Pick-up points are Starmall Alabang at 0900AM and SM Calamba 1000AM / 0200 PM.

Step 2. Reserve a unit. Reserve a unit as soon as possible so that you can get the Block and Lot of your choice especially when you are planning to avail an End Unit (ito ang unit na pinakamabenta at kokonti lamang ito). Pay at the office the reservation fee of Php7,500. Just bring a valid ID.

Step 3. Pay the monthly downpayment. Upon reservation, your unit will be hold for 30 days. After 30 days from reservation, you are required to start your monthly downpayment to avoid forfeiture. Just continue this process up to 18 months or until you fully paid the downpayment.

Step 4. Loan Application. When you fully paid the downpayment, it's the time when the Developer will process your Loan via Pagibig / Bank. Please secure all the needed requirements to avoid loan rejection.

Step 5. Move-in. When your loan is approved, the developer will schedule your move-in date.
